Costume
The characters in our film will be a police detective, a kidnapper and two female victims. All of the costumes will help to show the characters's personalities and will help to reinforce the roles of the characters in the films. 

The detective will be wearing a trouser suit. This will show their position as the law enforcer and their professionalism. It will also show their authority status and will make the audience trust them as they are portrayed as the 'good guy'. 

The kidnapper will be wearing a black hooded jacket. Hooded jackets are often associated with criminals so will help to convince the audience that they are not to be trusted. It will also create mystery as the hood will partly conceal the identity of the kidnapper.

The two female victims will be wearing normal everyday clothes that teenage girls would wear. The clothes will be normal to make the kidnapping seem more realistic as the victims will look like typical teenagers in their daily life.
